Maintainers: This user has opened identical pull requests in a number of other repositories, just adding "Hacktoberfest" to the README. This looks like an attempt to artificially inflate their PR count for a free Hacktoberfest T-shirt. Closing this issue and adding the "invalid" label will make this PR not count towards that total.
