Create initial documentation with Q&A #3

Before release create some quick documentation explaining vhostscan usage and how to use it to detect catch-all scenarios or aliases

Since we're moving this up by a week I'm removing the 1.0 milestone as we can build it out after release. Focus should be on final polish / fuzzy logic and slide deck for the next week.

Resolved a good portion of what I think is necessary in #29 and #31. FAQ can be built out over time but likely doesn't require its own issue.
