Changes

update Scala to 2.11.8 (2.12 is not compatible with Scala.js yet)
update Scala.js plugin to 0.6.13
use fullOptJS instead of fastOptJS
import rot-js from npm instead of (outdated) webjars

Impact

close #58
close #63 for now
decrease resulting artifact size
deploy-time npm dependency
