Feasible solutions:

[x] Enable logging on cjr
[x] Update ctor engine / config to use new logs
[x] ~~Move 0xd34df00d's logging infrastructure (full history, DeadBot, etc) to codingteam domain~~ Don't think that's feasible.
[x] Check if timezone setting is right
[ ] (https://github.com/codingteam/codingteam.org.ru/issues/27) Yog Sothoth (or another compatible logger)
[x] (https://github.com/codingteam/codingteam.org.ru/issues/62) Extract log backups from 0xd34df00d.me when it starts again

btw it would be fine to enable cjr logging as backup source of history, even when everything goes right

Current simplified plans are listed in https://github.com/codingteam/codingteam.org.ru/issues/27#issuecomment-265659098. Also, I'll contact Jabber.ru administration to enable the conference logs.

@gsomix, you may use them for now. I'll update the site configuration to use these instead of 0xd34df00d soon.
