Move to Docker #30

I've finally managed to move horta to the new (I hope more simple and reliable) cross-platform infrastructure. It is now in production; it should close #20; also it will close #11.

"Asshole" is rather offensive (and also completely incorrect as a translation); please use "ass" instead. And it's not "Magister", it's "Master".

@Minoru okay, I'll replace "Asshole", because I agree that it's too offensive, sorry.

But I still think that magister applies here.

Hm, the linked article is rather interesting. Magister is obsolete and is really replaced by master degree even in some countries that used to have this degree.
