Add tweaks I failed to suggest in issue #30 #31

As always the case, re-formatting the paragraphs made a mess of a diff, so here's a quick run-down of what I'd like to change:

do not write "filename file"; in my opinion, it should be just "filename";
why mention horta-web and explain how to configure it if it's not bundled?
amid all that, there's a few tweaks to e.g. word order, so please don't reject the changes right away!
