Autorejoin #352

After the horta was kicked from the room, it should rejoin there automatically.

Why are you angry with me? It was a splendid idea: horta stopped responding, so I though that maybe it will rejoin after I kick it, and everything will work again.

Now look me in the eye and say: "I apologize, Mr. Minoru. You were right to kick horta from the conference." Do it!
