Map gets stuck on first run-through #116

IIRC after completing the first game (maybe second), if you press Escape on the narration instead of PgDn through it or letting it run, the map doesn't autoselect the location and doesn't let you select it either. If you then go back to the book and let it finish, the map afterwards is OK.
