White theme is bruning my eyes

Hi,

I'm using a dark holo theme on my Android so when I open gnucash and his white background it burn my eyes, especially the night. Clan you add a dark theme on the options ?

I started some experimenting with dynamic theming as part of the AppCompat library. The work lives in this branch: https://github.com/codinguser/gnucash-android/tree/feature/day-night

The remaining tasks to do are the following:

Modify all text fields (e.g. Account name) to use dynamically styled text color
Add icon resources for dark theme
Make Settings activity respect dark theme setting
Add option in Settings for turning dynamic theme switching on or off
Add page in wizard for switching theme
