GitHub changed the way Markdown headings are parsed, so this change fixes it.

Hi @bryant1410 , I don't see what this fix does. The README headings in the repo don't look broken to me.

Also, we never accept pull requests on master branch, make them on the develop branch. Also, see our guidelines on contributing. Thanks!
