Income in other currencies is not shown in reports #772

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Have a USD income account with the default currency set to AUD
Create a new income transaction
Transfer the USD to a different AUD account
Look at the line chart report

Expected behaviour

USD income should either be reported at some default exchange rate at [2], or when transferred to an AUD account at [3]

Actual behaviour

USD income is never shown in the report

Software specifications

GnuCash Android version: 2.3.0
System Android version: 6.0.1
Device type: Xiaomi Redmi Note 4

Maybe the same as #321?
