#869 Account pick list sorted everywhere by Favorites first #870

Hi,

I've finished to fix this enhancement.

1) I've commented the fetchAccountsOrderedByFullName() method to be sure that only the fetchAccountsOrderedByFavoriteAndFullName() is used.

2) I also have changed a french translation (because I don't know how to use CrowdIn) to be the same as in desktop gnucash
