Related to #1

Should we have a README.md or similar in each of our software-tips-and-tricks packages e.g. version-control which gives an overview of how the different options for that particular thing rates. We could have stuff like:

recommend (highly, somewhat, never ever ever use)
ease of use
ease of installation
target audience

It seems to me that having an 'ease of use'/'review' component to our stuff could be a good way to distinguish this repo from others which are more like enormous lists of stuff...
