Terminal does very weird things when compressed #25

To reproduce:

  1. Split the window either horizontally or vertically. (I think there are two separate bugs, depending on which way you do it.)
  2. Open a terminal in one of the panes.
  3. Resize the pane until it's too small to fit all the text.

If it's not wide enough, the text gets reflowed. If it's not tall enough, the lines above the prompt get chopped off. This just isn't right.
