Cannot install GHC #193

Running parts install ghc does not work as it seems like the Codio quota is not large enough to hold the Glasgow Haskell Compiler. Why offer it if it cannot be installed? Note, the box I tried it on was empty.

@stephenmac7 This (and haskell-platform) was requested by a subscriber so we added it but didn't at the time appreciate how big it was to install. I've added a comment to the docs about these 2 parts requiring a subscription to use so its clearer to all users now
