pip installs packages into the directory /home/codio/.parts/packages/python2/2.7.8/bin. This directory is not in the $PATH-variable, so the commands are not as simple commands available it the shell.
If /home/codio/.parts/packages/python2/2.7.8/bin is added to the path they are. That should be a default setting.
