Php Zend framework #89

Hello

Is it possible to add the php5 pecl library to the list of box parts? I noticed a lot of libraries are already available, but this one isn't. Also zend framework would be nice.

pecl is provided with the php5 package, zend framework - yep we can do that

Regarding pecl, it does not seem to be running. Is there any way to enable it? I'm quite new to this all, so I apologize if these questions are ridiculous.

do parts install php5 and after php5 and pecl should be available
