[ ] on extend allow passing in the host command so you can extend it on an individual host instead of all the hosts the contract was run on.

Abandoning since the new Codius CLI 3.0.0 manages the hostList in the *.codiusstate.json file which can be edited to add or remove a host from the list where it is uploaded.
