Emit a warning when no port is specified #68

After dealing with this frustratingly issue, it would be nice to have the CLI warn you when you don't specify a port. Usually it's not what you mean to do

Are you talking about when the host url does not include a port?

When the manifest doesn't specify a port to expose from the pod
