Toggle Battery Icon #44

I like having the battery time remaining visible, so I love this app, but I also became fond of having the percentage visible, so I thought, "Why don't I have both?" I didn't want to battery icons though, because they were just duplicates of each other. So I added a toggle to hide or show the battery icon in the App. :).

Your commits changes file permission and changes CODE_SIGN_IDENTITY. I haven't look into the code yet.

Yeah, I changed it so I could test it on my machine. It wouldn't build otherwise :/.
