Yosemite 10.10.3 fully charged icon does not appear #97

Hi, small issue: Changed from Mavericks to Yosemite. Since that time the fully charged icon does not appear anymore for me, even after a reinstall of battery time remaining through the Mac App Store. Andy hints?

Is it still same on macOS Sierra?
