I'm running OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) with "Battery Time Remaining 2-2.0.2".
I tried installing Yosemite twice but kept getting an error that there were issues with the disk, but running what Apple tells me to run to check that found no issues.
I keep getting notifications from Battery-Time-Remaining that an upgrade/update is available, but when I accept that and download it and "install" it I'm told that Yosemite is required.
Could the OS version be checked first before putting up that alert, and maybe also remove it from the drop-down:
