This looks like an issue with the SQL or YAML packages. Did this only start happening after you installed TabNine?

Yes, right after I installed it! And syntax highlighting in .sql and .yml files stopped working (also those languages disappeared from the menu so it seems those packages were disabled due to conflicts with TabNine or something).
