Wrong character encoding in suggestion list #8

I'm editing a markdown file with plain text in Spanish and the list of suggestions does not display some characters with the correct encoding, as in this picture.

I'm using VIM 8.1 and neovim 0.3.1.

Same problem here with German Umlauts etc. when writing non-code text in reStructuredText markup (also Vim 8.1) 2018-11-11-214113_377x175_scrot
