TabNine is very slow, spawns a lot of processes #139

Using TabNine 3.0.12 in VSCode, WSL2.

When auto-completing in large (near 100 lines) SQL queries that are embedded in PHP - tabnine suggestions slow to a crawl. At the same time the machine (Core i9-9900K, 32G RAM) almost dies.

The screenshot shows the state with 3 editor tabs open.
