Adding alternative test for css transitions support. Optimisation of source code:

_init moved in constructor
show and hide script moved in _showHover and _hideHover function
modifiation of functions argument (moved in constructor object)
for plugin use, no need for $.each anymore. Adding comment for function. Adding 5 new methods.
