Added Sliding Arrow Button Component #369

Resolves #317.

This PR introduces the SlideArrowButton component, inspired by the design from Astronote. The component's documentation has also been added to provide guidance on installation.

The SlideArrowButton is fully customizable with text and primaryColor props, allowing it to be easily adapted to various contexts. Additionally, the button’s width dynamically adjusts to fit the text, ensuring that no overflow occurs, even with longer content.
