To make epiphany-bsp easier to use we have to reduce the number of defines used to define constants. The values of these constants should instead be defined in two places:
A hardware specific config file. This allows users to build for one specific board.
Optional arguments during initialization. This allows usert to tweak epiphany-bsp during runtime.
