Split ebsp library in different modules #28

Since on-core program size is so critical, the library should be split into different modules so that unused functions do not take up space. Example modules:

libe-bspcore
libe-bspcomm (communication between cores)
libe-bsphost (communication with host)
libe-bsptime
libe-bspmem
