Differentiate the applicants on the Trello card title #744

Right now, the Trello card is created as "Become an Apprentice" / "Become a Craftsperson".

I would like for the cards to be created following the current structure:

"[EN] TITLE" or "[ES] Title"

hi @alvarogarcia7 Not sure how's Trello related to our website. Is this Issue still relevant?

keith-smale commented 6 years ago

@lpalma I think this is to do with someone applying via the contact form on the site. There is a dropdown on the form for London or Barcelona and once the form is submitted it creates a Trello card on the Recruitment board. Not sure whether we can split between ES or EN automatically.

Looks like is already done, in both boards London and Barcelona, cards are added with "Direct application" by automatically (I suppose) emails sent from Mash, so closing this.

This is still an issue, the existing cards are being renamed to have more useful names but they're by default created with the titles "Become an Apprentice" and "Become a Craftsperson"

(Unfortunately this isn't obvious in Trello because Trello card history doesn't include name changes)

I'm not sure I understand this ticket well. We're using Google HR (which would be dead soon) for job application on the site. Are there any integration between HR and Trello?

Anyway, this ticket should be merged into a new ticket about our choice of new recruitment system.

This is about how if you go to the career page you can initiate a direct application. It used to e-mail the record to Trello iirc. Presumably this was changed to some API integration when we moved to Hire. If it wasn't...

Keep in mind that this repo is public. Not sure how we would handle auth creds for integrating with a hiring API.
