The SCRUM Master copies the 305Soft Lean Canvas Business Model template to their personal Google drive, and provides edit sharing privileges to the team. As a team, fill out the boxes of the canvas in Arial font of no smaller than 10pt. Do not change the dimensions of the boxes. Do this by creating suggested edits that the SCRUM Master will commit to the Google Slide. Each team member must take responsibility for writing the text for the boxes: for a team of 5 one person has one box; for a team of 4 one person has three boxes. The Customer Segments box will be completed by the instructions in Number 5 (below). For Metrics, Cost, Channels boxes do your best to write meaningful text for this initial canvas, you will be improving those sections in a few weeks. The graders will check the revision history of the document to ensure each team member contributed to the writing of the canvas. In the business folder of the main branch of your Team repo, create a file called BUSINESSPLAN.md. Use GitHub Markdown Language to insert a link to the Google Sheet lean canvas 1-page business plan after a title and short paragraph explaining that the lean canvas approach is being (include a link to https://www.leancanvas.com/) In the business folder, also add a file called ANNOUNCE.txt. Provide an announcement of your product in 140 characters or less - suitable for a social media post. Choose your characters carefully. This is just a preliminary announcement to help focus your idea - it may change come product release time.
