Implemented base for additional sites #56

Added about-musk.html, about-minf.html, info-help.html
Fixed 404.html
Minor changes to index.html and beitrag.html
Changed goTo.js to be more flexible
Changed all relative redirects to use goTo

Currently onle the basis is implemented, the sites are needed to be fillled with their respective content.

However, a merge is recommended to avoid later changes to html and css infrastructure.
