Petname not available to components on initial mdx page load #174

Petname isn't available for components that require it in the first load of MDX content. Example:

@codygreen suggests: Use a script to set the petname in Redis on startup

I like that idea, but the petname container isn't part of the lab framework's docker compose. Therefore, w can't guarantee it will be up when redis starts up and populates its data.
