Part 2 and Optional Lab Updates #194

I made the following updates. Opinions?

  1. Screenshot updates in cleanup of Option Lab
  2. Adding instructions to delete Data Plane Key after they are revoked
  3. Used petname variables in bash commands in Optional Lab.
    • NOTE: Left data-plane-key substation step.

Whatever is merged here, I can replicate it in nginx-one-ga-lab.
