Update Internet router to allow traffic through to rasp pi #38

This will allow people on other networks to access the API exposed by the rasbperry pi, and data to be fetched.

@iiiancampbell I'm going to work on this one this morning hopefully, but I'm leaving soon so I'm not sure if it will get finished soon. But when I finish this one, you could work on other issues as well that relate to fetching/sending data to the raspberry pi if you would like :)
