Where should monitoring services go? #57

I was going to fork and Caliper but unsure whether "JS Performance Testing" is the right category for it.

Caliper isn't really a testing service but more of a monitoring service to provide developers with informations to fix and improve their applications before customers complain.

Should I create another category called "Front End Application monitoring" ?
