sigrok-firmware-fx2lafw requires sdcc >= 2.9.0 to build #2

The stable version of sdcc in portage is 2.5.0_p20060502, but it fails to build fx2lafw with "Error: Too many arguments."

According to the README, sigrok-firmware-fx2lafw needs:

which is keyworded in portage: Keywords: 2.9.0:0: ~amd64 ~ppc ~x86

Thanks for letting me know, I'll fixup the dep shortly. Also, the sigrok project provides a binary of this firmware, so adding a -bin ebuild probably also makes sense (no eta on that)

I've added both the dependency on the newer sdcc and a -bin package for fx2lafw. Thanks for the bug report!
