Apache has now been configured as a reverse proxy as per the Microsoft documentation. This mimics the Application Gateway we use in production.

I spent hours yesterday figuring this out because the documentation fails to mention that if you use a new port in Apache you need to tell it to Listen to that port. I suppose most Apache experts would know this already but I'm pretty new to Apache so that took me awhile to figure out.

Some of the integration pieces are throwing errors though; I'll create separate issues for them
