Changed testing framework from MSTest to NUnit...that created a bunch of syntax changes (like [TestMethod] to [Test])

Removed some old tests that haven't been working for a long time anyway (IntegreationTests)

Oops - build server didn't automatically create the release in DEV

Just wanted to check in on this. Did you want me to review this PR, or are you still using it to test the CI?

Actually, I would like this to go in as it sets up our testing framework (properly).

The "dynamic environment" for this is not quite working right yet but I'll get that up and running separately.
