Items discussed
1) Work on policy brief – get it edited
Beth will edit and get it back to everyone
If also you can access the issue #8 (this link will redirect you to the Github page); here are the updated Policy from us after comments from Erasme and Matthew so that it is updated.
2) Amend budget for the biodiversity data team Elias will need to look into this; Beth will follow up with him
3) Logo design – we don’t have funds in budget to cover a contest and it may be difficult to get the funds from the current budget. We can consider something similar to the logo for FBIS Beth will contact someone in Creative Design dept. Deborah is also drafting a call for logo.
4) We need pictures for the website – Pelin reminded us Beth will draft a call for photos from stakeholders and we will send it to the data holders and users when done
5) Make a list of all partners for the webpage – Pelin reminded us. All of us need to work on this.
Mapendo added more partners....still we can think of the input
6) The welcome message needed for webpage Beth will draft it
7) Check workplan for stakeholder workshop and other activities we need to do for this project to ensure we do not fall behind.
8) Maurice will work on uploading the spatial layers
