Get BARRA archives working #4

It's possible to drive the nesting suite from BARRA results archived on tape. This will be necessary for the full run.

[ ] restore bin/install_lbcdata to its original state
[ ] Join whichever project has the BARRA boundary conditions archived (should be mentioned in the install_lbcdata file)
[ ] test running the model from the archived BARRA boundary conditions

u-cl575 is derived from u-by395, so I assume that that experiment's install_lbcdata is the original state. Comparing the contents also suggests that. Functions that were removed include retrieve_archived_files_nci_barra and similar.

The project is hard-coded in the script: du7. I am not yet a member of that group.
