Wrong benchcab version installed under analysis3-unstable #47

The current unstable environment reverts to using an old version of the benchcab package:

# Name                    Version                   Build  Channel
benchcab                  0.1.7                      py_0    coecms

Since this version is unused and invalid now, I have removed that package.

@dsroberts can you trigger a new build of the unstable environment to see if it builds with the v2.0.0 package of benchcab from accessnri channel?
