Imporved the way stats handle coordinates and variables names of potential inputs.
Also added option for intermediate products as all the climatologies variables to be returned by detect function.
They can be used to calculate stats over original time axis independently of events
and to be passed to block_average to calculate categories and set stats on block, too.
