Sync with TV #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect up the TVout, and it works perfectly.
2. Use another another RCA plug to connect to the circuit a video receiver.
3. The TVout is not in sync with the video shown on the screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want the text from the TVout to appear on top of the video being transmitted 
from the receiver.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta1 on Mac OS X Mountain Lion.
