Incompatible with Arduino 1.0.4? #68

I tried loading the Library TvOutBeta1 on a Arduino Ethernet but the compiler 
always tell me there is error with the code.

Have you updated the code for the newer version of Arduino Compiler?

Do not get that error, but the ethernet and the tvout do not work together. I 
saw an alleged fix, but could never could find the file that needed changing. 
Desperately need this to work.
