add touchpad scrolling, increase right arrow explore speed #20

exploring though sections are slow, let touchpad users scroll sideways to explore through sections. also increase arrow speed as it only scroll 1 at a time.

touchpad scrolling seems to cause alot of issues, maybe make it work later. for now just increase speed, maybe skip 3 at a time
