@kevyourdev Sorry I had to revert your changes from main because

Open165 will have a separate favicon from Cofacts, and using Cofacts favicon on Open165 may be a bit misleading at this moment.
Title change is already in https://github.com/cofacts/open165/pull/11/files so the change is introducing conflicts.

I preserve your changes in this PR.
