Script to remove an article reply on production #236

Due to recent spamming, we are adding a script that:

Marks an article-reply as deleted on user's behave
Updates normalArticleReplyCount

The script is tested on staging.

Coverage increased (+0.07%) to 86.017% when pulling 3f9bcd01e1234f3e91ea801e1307a0fc13b4f638 on delete-script into aa7e7f89f84d9321f18d73ee3f505166a73ffdbb on master.
