Thanks for updating! It is sad that secrets are not passed to workflows triggered from forks, causing the CI test to fail.

To run Elasticsearch on M1 Mac, maybe we can try this docker image webhippie/elasticsearch:6.4: Source

Hopefully this helps spinning up unit test on local machines :pray:
