Q: Who do you normally go to the movies with? A: I normally go to the movies with my friends. We usually spend once a month watching a movie together at a theater near my house.

Q: Same here. How far would you travel to go to a movie theater? A: The movie theater I usually go to is located about 2 kilometers away from my house. It takes me about 10 minutes to reach there by motorbike.

Q: Let me ask you this. Would you go to movie theaters more often if they held events where you could meet directors? A: I definitely go to movie theaters more often if they held events with directors. Being present at the event, I will have a chance to know about the procedure creating a film. I am also interested in the stories behind the scene the directors, actors, and actresses share during the press conference. Through the event, I also understand more about the characters in the movie. These are the reasons I will definitely attend at the event to meet directors.

Q: We need someone with the creative mind to join our team. Does the resume show that she is qualified? A: Well, in 2010, she won Franklin Award for Innovative Web Programming. So, I think she is qualified for this position.

Q: Please tell me about her work experiences in detail. A: Regarding her work experience, during summer in 2009, she was an Intern at Matel Games. Then, from 2010 to 2012, she worked as an Assistant Web Programmer at DKLM Incorporated. Finally, from 2010 until now, she has been working as a Web Programmer at DKLM Incorporated.

A: In my opinion, the most important quality for a customer service agent is to be highly experienced for some reasons. Firstly, if the employee is highly experienced, they can make many suggestions for their customers to choose from. This is very helpful to anyone who is a newbie in that field. For example, if you hire a travel agent to plan a vacation, an experienced clerk can give you a reasonable option. Secondly, an experienced worker means that he has been through various situations. Therefore, he can solve issues quickly and effectively, which is very helpful to the company. This can easily bring the satisfaction to the customers. Because of above reasons, being experienced is the most necessary characteristic for a customer service agent.
